Spaces to pause, listen, explore, and reconnect — through one-to-one coaching and group experiences designed to support meaningful change
A private space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters. Our sessions are tailored to where you are and what you are navigating — whether that means building confidence, finding clarity, moving through a transition, or creating a more sustainable relationship with your work.
Sessions take place online via Zoom and are guided by thoughtful conversation, powerful questions, reflection, and curiosity. Rather than giving you ready-made answers, coaching invites you to discover your own insights, resources, and direction.
You can come with a specific question, a situation you are struggling with, or simply a sense that something needs to change. We begin there — and allow the conversation to unfold at your own pace.
As a professional musician myself, I have a deep understanding of the realities, pressures, and unique inner challenges of a musical career. I especially welcome musicians who wish to explore their professional and personal experience in a space where their world is already understood.
Group workshops bring together thoughtful conversation, guided reflection, experiential exercises, and different perspectives around themes that matter — from confidence and self-efficacy to identity, presence, and sustainable performance.
There is a particular value in exploring these questions together. Hearing how others experience similar challenges can broaden our perspective, challenge familiar ways of thinking, and remind us that we are not alone in what we navigate. The group itself becomes part of the learning — a space for connection, recognition, and new possibilities.
Workshops are interactive and experiential, inviting participants not only to understand new ideas, but to pause, notice, reflect, and discover something meaningful for themselves.
With my background as a professional musician and educator, I especially welcome groups of musicians and performing artists, creating a space where the realities of their professional world can be understood from within.
